Learning Support Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Teacher to join our growing community. This is a part time (0.6 FTE) position, commencing Term 1, 2025.

Students participate in first-hand activities where they can touch and feel learning artifacts as well as get curious about the world through questioning in a live dialogue with their teacher and peers. Qualifications/

Skills Required:

• Teaching Qualifications
• Support implementation of process for National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) funding
• Advocate for students with disabilities
• Skills in teaching remedial reading or numeracy

Responsibility for:

• Coordinating and implementing remedial reading or numeracy programs
• Supporting students with disabilities
• Supporting classroom teachers
• Supporting staff training
• Supporting administration of teaching resources
• Other duties
