Join our vibrant and growing Pacific Online Christian School community as our Student Services Officer, a key role supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of our online learning programs.

This is a permanent part time (0.8 FTE) position, commencing Term 1, 2026.

Pacific Online Christian Schoolis the distance education campus of Pacific Coast Christian School. We are a unique, pioneering learning community, seeking to work with young people to recognise their learning goals flexibly and innovatively. We understand that relationship is important for learning, and our expert teaching team uses various 'live' and 'on-demand' learning experiences to establish connections with the learner community.

We have a wide range of curriculum offerings from all key learning areas and seek to provide a variety of learning experiences where students can discover their God-given giftings. Students participate in first-hand activities where they can touch and feel learning artifacts as well as get curious about the world through questioning in a live dialogue with their teacher and peers.

The Student Services Officer provides essential operational and administrative support to Pacific Online Christian School, working closely with the Administration team to ensure the smooth delivery of school processes. This role is central to managing student onboarding and supporting day-to-day operational needs in our online learning environment. The officer must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong listening skills to understand and respond effectively to student, family, and staff needs.
