This is a role for someone who genuinely wants to contribute to something bigger, someone who believes in social justice, leadership development, and walking alongside young people as they explore faith, identity, and purpose.

In this role, you’ll support our Assistant Principal Religious Identity & Mission (APRIM) to deliver a vibrant, engaging mission program that comes to life through:
Faith & Formation Experiences- Supporting and preparing retreats, liturgies, Reflection Days, prayer rituals
, and student‑led formation activities. - Helping bring the Cardijn and Marist charisms to life through experiences that resonate with today’s young people.
- Encouraging and mentoring students with leadership potential.
- Helping to grow student‑led initiatives that strengthen school culture and Catholic identity.
- Assisting during camps, excursions, youth events and after‑school activities.
- Supporting service‑learning activities that connect students with the wider community.
- Helping students explore local and global issues and empowering them to take action.
- Working alongside staff, families, youth ministry partners and community groups.
- Helping evaluate programs and sharing ideas to enhance what we offer.
You’re someone who:
- Is energised by working with young people and helping them grow.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and builds rapport easily.
- Is proactive, organised, adaptable and confident working both independently and in a team.
- Brings initiative and creativity to shaping faith formation experiences.
- Can support students respectfully and compassionately, including those with additional needs.
- Values a workplace centred on belonging, service, and human dignity.
- Certificate IV in Education Support, or relevant experience in a similar setting.
- Current WWCC and RRHAN‑EC certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and the values of Cardijn College.
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to gain).
