The Mid-Level Customer Service Representative acts as a critical bridge between our clients and our technology, managing complex escalations and optimizing the customer journey through a blend of human intuition and AI tools.

Member of the Global Support Division, working within a pod of 8 representatives focused on enterprise-level accounts.
ReportingReports to the Customer Success Manager.
Working ConditionsTravel Required:
5%
Rotating shifts covering 08:00 to 20:00 CET; occasional weekend coverage.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Interact with customers to handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
