We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team of seasoned professionals. In this role you will be expected to provide a high quality customer support service and care to the end-users of our clients’ products, services, and solutions thus ensuring a great customer journey and experience. The perfect candidate is reliable and detail-oriented, and capable in providing assistance to users by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to our gaming operation.
You’ll be expected to deliver clear and professional support through email, chat, and other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, or other channels;
- Assist users with account, payment, and technical issues;
- Escalate complex problems to relevant internal teams;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
- Follow support procedures and contribute to internal documentation;
- Meet response time and resolution targets as defined by SLAs.
- 1–2 years of customer support or service experience in iGaming platforms;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Basic technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot common issues;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner;
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
REQUIRED:
- Experience in the gaming or sweepstakes industry
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

- Working style – Remote | Shifts – 16:00 – 1:00; 1:00 – 10:00
