**** Your Mission:
**** We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Helmond (NL) location.
**** Your responsibilities:
***** Handle daily customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely service;
* Manage customer orders, order entry, invoicing, returns, and claims in line with our quality standards;
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering solutions efficiently and effectively;
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth operations;
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve and simplify customer service processes.

* Your Profile:

***** Completed commercial or similar education, with proven experience in customer service;
* Strong customer and service orientation, combined with a motivated, proactive and communicative attitude;
* Interest in the automotive industry is a plus;
* Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken;
* Strong digital skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
