We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

About the role:

At CASAFARI, we help real estate professionals make smarter decisions through high-quality data and technology. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of CASAFARI for our customers, supporting them day to day, helping them get the most value from our product, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll be doing:

Support customers across multiple channels (tickets, email, phone), ensuring timely and effective responses;

Handle customer requests efficiently, using the right information and a customer-first approach;

Develop a strong understanding of CASAFARI’s product and the real estate industry;

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers across Europe;

Deliver webinars and product sessions to help customers maximise product usage;

Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;

Analyse customer data to understand behaviour, needs, and engagement levels;

Create targeted campaigns for new customers and reactivation campaigns for less active users;

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share insights with Account Management.

What we are looking for:

Home-language must be Portuguese, fluency in English is essential and a strong knowledge of Spanish is required;

2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support;

Experience working with ticketing systems and customer support tools;

Strong ability to understand and explain technology to non-technical users;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset;

Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure;

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn;

Empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented;

Interest in new technologies, including AI;

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, start-up environment.

Nice to have:

Experience in Real Estate or Prop Tech;

Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Ringover, or similar platforms.
