Relationship Manager B2B

Most of our B2B customers are like us: their cafés or bakeries are hubs within local neighborhoods. As community people they are looking for an honest, long-term relationship with us. A speaking partner that understands and helps solving all coffee related problems.

Being responsive, quick and service oriented is a big asset to be successful in this position. A networker that loves people and interaction.

• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and reactivation of dormant accounts.
• Ensuring pro-active coffee guidance as we move through seasonal rotations. Advising customers how to increase sales with our coffee beans.
• Working closely with the roast and shipping team to guarantee seamless order processing and on-time delivery. Be a reliable partner who solves shipping issues before the customer is aware of it.

• You excel in relationship-building and are seen as a trusted partner by your clients.
• A longer-term view to work for us, so you can be a strong partner for our clients.
• You have a passion for coffee and a genuine desire to help our clients perform well.
• Proactive, solution-oriented.
• Your organizational skills are second to none, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus!).
