Mission Description
Join our Manufacturing (MF) Support team and help streamline batch-record review, inventory control, and SAP data integrity so we can release product faster, cut waiting calls, and scrap obsolete materials on time.
Key Objectives- Quality & Compliance - Review paper and electronic batch records (E ) quickly to shorten release cycle time. Execute monthly stock counts and scrap unused buffers/intermediates to reduce financial exposure. Ensure accurate write-offs and bookings in SAP/ERP (Athena) and APEX.
- Safety - Keep safety training 100 % current and model safe behavior on the shop floor.
- Cross-functional Support - Act as the go-to MF support contact for QA
, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, MF Engineers, and MSAT. Create and maintain BOMs, batch numbers, and sample logs in Athena/BioLIMS. Train supervisors and leads on new procedures. - Continuous Improvement - Redesign stock-count reports and scrapping workflows to eliminate delays and manual errors.
Data entry and exception review in APEX and SAP. Monthly wall-to-wall inventory counts across USP, DSP, and neoGAA areas. Generate, verify, and archive batch documentation and GMP records. Adjust BOMs for production changes and new product launches. Support setup of subcontracting and dupilumab BOMs. Coordinate destruction flows and new Athena workflows as needed.
Must-Have1–3 years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or highly regulated manufacturing. Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP (Athena preferred) and MES systems (Inova is a plus). Strong Excel/data skills and meticulous attention to detail. Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory.
Nice-to-HaveKnowledge of GMP, batch-record review, and inventory management. Experience with BioLIMS or similar sample-tracking systems.
