Poste à temps plein. Du lundi au jeudi : 8h00-12h00 / 13h30-18h30
Vendredi : 8h00-12h00 / 13h30 - 18h00
- Réception et accueil client
- Répartir les travaux au sein des équipes mécanique et carrosserie
- Assurer la qualité de service auprès de la clientèle
- Assurer la gestion, le management et le développement de la performance de l’atelier
- Garantir l application des règles, normes et procédures constructeur en matière d après-vente, de qualité de service
- Gestion de la garantie constructeur
- Gestion des expertises et E.A.D carrosserie
