We are looking for a results-driven Operations Analyst to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence through data-driven insights and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing organizational workflows, contributing to strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategic planning by preparing action plans and operations reports.
  • Implement improvements to processes, quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct audits, resolve operational issues, and identify performance trends.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows, employee requirements, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of operational improvement.
  • Use data analysis to develop pricing models and support business decision-making.
  • Apply statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques to evaluate and improve operations.
  • Organize and visualize operational data, create charts and graphs, and present insights to leadership teams.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data modeling tools/software.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for team collaboration and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in applied research, operations, or data management.
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
