Responsible for mapping, standardizing, and optimizing company processes, acting in continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process governance, with direct interaction with business areas.
Key Responsibilities- Map, document, and analyze current processes (AS IS), identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and document future-state processes (TO BE), ensuring standardization, efficiency, and scalability.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track post-implementation results to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
- Create, review, and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Plan and execute internal process audits, recording nonconformities and following up on action plans.
- Act as a focal point between teams, supporting communication and adoption of new processes.
- Support strategic projects, automation initiatives, and operational transformation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in processes, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, or related areas.
- Process mapping and modeling.
- Performance and KPI analysis.
- Process documentation and governance.
- Basic knowledge of auditing and compliance.
- Tools:
Lucidchart or similar, intermediate/advanced Excel, Google Sheets. - Knowledge of process automation.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Clear and collaborative communication.
- Organization and priority management.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Consultative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
