Project Management Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Recruiting & People Management Specialist who can own end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles and ensure strong people processes across departments. In this role, you will support and improve day-to-day HR operations,
monitor department performance and work quality
, and ensure SOP compliance and consistent standards across teams. You will work closely with managers to build structured hiring and people management routines, while handling HR administration with accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.

• Support the analysis of ongoing projects regarding progress, workload, and performance
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations in the Project Management system
• Ensure project data quality and consistency across tools and reports
• Track and review recorded hours and basic cost information for alignment with project plans and internal reporting
• Identify trends, deviations, and inconsistencies in project data (e.g., time, milestones, workload) and prepare summaries for the PMO team
• Prepare regular project status reports, analysis summaries, and management overviews
• Support dashboards and reporting templates and help improve PMO reporting standards
• Assist senior PMO experts and Project Managers with ad-hoc analysis and data requests
• Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams to collect updates and clarify missing or unclear project information
• Maintain structured project documentation and reporting files

• Degree or relevant education in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a comparable field
• Practical experience in project coordination, PMO support or project analysis
• Strong hands‑on experience with Project Management software
• Very good analytical and organizational skills
• High affinity for data, structures, and reporting
• Advanced skills in Excel or similar analysis tools
