Position Summary:
The Student Assistant for Strategy & Enrollment will assist the Office of Strategy and Enrollment with general office and administrative duties. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing.
This position is funded by the Federal Work-Study program and is open to UIW students who are approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study Program.
- Assist with social media photo and video shoots (Tik Tok and Instagram stories).
- Work on communication pieces (flyers, graphics, copy) at the direction of the Digital Strategy and Marketing team.
- Facilitate the creation and distribution of enrollment marketing pieces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Student must possess the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, maintain confidentiality, be punctual, demonstrate good attendance, and maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Current UIW student approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study program.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working in a professional office environment.
Required Certifications, Licenses or RegistrationsNone.
Work Hours- General availability during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
- Minimum of 6 hours up to 20 hours per week.
Ability to move about campus and lift up to 25 pounds.
