Marketing Art, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid‑sized to AAA clients such as Skybound, Mattel, Konami, Blizzard, Pokémon, Bandai, Ubisoft and more.

MISSION

We are looking for a Staff Accountant with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join our team.

• Record and categorize all financial transactions (AP/AR).
• Prepare and send client invoices; manage collections.
• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Provide documentation for audits and external reviews.
• Collaborate with account managers and producers on budgets and profitability.
• Month‑end close accuracy & timeliness

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (agency or creative industry experience a plus)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, Xero) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and vendors
• Strong integrity and confidentiality with financial data
