Starting pay: $18 per hour

Location: Tustin, CA

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Assist with daily store manager admin work
• Assist with training new hire sales associates
• Hold team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment
• Attend off‑site sales and job training sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
