Core Staff Associates are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both the team and our guests. Core Staff are the backbone of our store operations.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated communication skills in both written and verbal interactions, showing care.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks up to 21 hours, never exceeding 30 hours per week.

Compensation: CA: $17.00 per hour–$18.50 per hour commensurate with experience.
