Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers utilize their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.

They are also talent leaders, involved in recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to bring their best selves every day to foster an inclusive environment for their team and customers. Our philosophy of promoting from within allows Assistant Managers to build on their foundation and grow into future store leaders.
