Job Title: MAC Mission Viejo FSS Store Manager (Non-Exempt)

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of sales associates, ensuring all sales, customer service, and operational targets are achieved. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business‑management skills gained in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in‑store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
• Manage business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
• Oversee retail operations: inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and point‑of‑sale software use.
• Execute in‑store events and collaborate with marketing to drive front‑line sales.
• Work retail hours as required, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.

• Proven retail (assistant) management experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service.
• Experience with business planning: setting sales and customer‑service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
• Experience in retail operations: inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
• Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer‑service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in‑store events.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
• Proficiency with retail point‑of‑sale software and Microsoft Office.
