• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent sales service.
• Achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal productivity goals.
• Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Stay informed about all product knowledge and upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• 0-3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to provide an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve results driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Ability to initiate and complete tasks independently.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Rate of Pay: $17.50 per hour
