Spencer's is looking for a Store Manager to lead operations, boost sales, and maintain exceptional guest service.

Hourly rate ranges from $23.90 to $24.15, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Oversee store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resource management.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

• Minimum age 21.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
