Position Title(s):

Job Summary:

As a member of Management, you will manage daily operations, lead a high-performance team, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will have the autonomy to influence the store’s success and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the team, foster a positive environment, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Create exceptional shopping experiences, address customer needs, and resolve issues.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and engage with the community.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights.
  • Minimum 5 days per week; 44 hours on average, increased during peak periods.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation, clear English communication skills, and the ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged standing, lifting 5-25 lbs, and working during peak sale periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders or stairs as needed.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred.
Compensation:
  • Assistant Manager: $18.00 - $21.50/hr + bonus opportunities.
  • Supervisor: $18.50/hr.
  • Full-time roles include benefits like health insurance, 401K, paid time off, etc.
