• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance and guest experience to ensure the store’s success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

During duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly with accuracy. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across countertops.

Kitchens are hot with high noise levels; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
