Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Palliative Care

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its outpatient Palliative Care team in Mission Viejo, California. This role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered outpatient palliative care services to patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams. • Provide outpatient palliative care services as part of a collaborative care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Support autonomy within a mission-driven medical group.

• Compensation is between $159,533 and $206,335 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
