Supervisor of Nursing SICU Nights

Position Overview

Were seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead operations and clinical performance in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) during night shifts. This is a key leadership opportunity for a nurse with strong med-surg and ICU experience, excellent team-building skills, and a passion for mentoring others. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care, while driving quality outcomes and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence/practice
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Two years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting as a manager or director
• Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
