Position Overview:
Tap Healthcare is seeking an accomplished and motivated Nursing Supervisor to lead the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, California
. In this full-time, night-shift leadership role, you ll oversee nursing operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and mentor staff within a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced ICU nurse with a strong clinical background and the ability to lead teams through collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
One professional certification in a related specialty area upon hire.
2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty ICU area.
Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience.
2 to 5 years of overall nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Nursing.
Prior leadership experience in an ICU or surgical critical care setting.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift
