The Supervisor of Nursing - CICU is a full-time position that will work night shifts.
The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is a 27‑bed cardiac and medical critical care unit. We specialize in pre‑ and post‑operative cardiac, cardiomyopathy patients requiring mechanical circulatory support, as well as heart failure and post‑MI cardiology patients, IABP, Swan‑Ganz, CRRT, TTM, DKA, pacemakers, severe sepsis, and respiratory failure.
Under the direction of the nurse manager, director, or executive director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel to ensure high‑quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates department activities ensuring efficient, cost‑effective service and adherence to the ANA Nursing Administration:

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association - Upon hire: one professional certification in a related area
- 2 years recent clinical experience in a specialty area
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Leadership experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined by relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
