JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Community Relations is an active selling director role responsible for maintaining and growing occupancy levels. The DCR leads the community sales effort under the direction of the Executive Director by executing established sales processes and managing day‑to‑day sales activities, doing so in a manner that demonstrates our core values of honesty, respect, kindness, goodness, fairness, and love.
