This is a full-time on-site Litigation Attorney role based in Mission Viejo, CA. The Litigation Attorney will handle diverse legal responsibilities, including preparing and filing motions, attending court appearances, conducting trials, and managing depositions. The role involves collaborating with legal teams, developing case strategies, and providing exceptional representation to clients in complex criminal and civil cases.

• Expertise in the field of law, including legal research and analysis
• Proficiency in drafting, filing, and arguing motions
• Practical experience navigating courts and representing clients in federal and state proceedings
• Demonstrated skill in managing trials and depositions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in California
• Prior litigation experience is highly desirable
