Ironwall by Incogni, a leader in online privacy protection for government and private agencies, is looking for a Privacy Specialist to help us protect individuals from doxing, physical attacks, and robo- and phishing scams.

The Privacy Specialist is an entry-level position that is primarily responsible for ensuring that our clients are protected online, by initiating removals of any instance of their private information. In addition, this position will help us provide exceptional support to our clients through phone, chat, and email support.

• Ensure the timely identification and removal of the private information.
• Facilitate the onboarding, monthly reporting, signup and support of existing and new members.
• Primary contact for accounts, effectively communicating and problem solving for our clients, while communicating updates to supervisors and management.

• Basic computer experience, including familiarity with web browser and Google workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.);
• A familiarity with using popular search engines;
• A good phone presence for support;
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

This position is part of our team of privacy specialists and is a core function of our industry-leading service. This is a full-time, hourly position.
