Men's Spa Attendant

Overview

Men's Spa Attendant role in Mission Viejo. In this position you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and maintaining a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.

• Perform laundry and refilling product stations
• Complete light janitorial tasks and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Support the team to achieve common goals and ensure high-quality guest service
• Assist guests according to company standards and help address service needs
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures

• Speak with others using clear and professional language; must be able to fluently communicate in English
• Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Commit to safety policies and reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests  service needs
• Support the team to reach common goals
• Be focused, energetic, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in hospitality or spa industries is preferred

• Flexible schedule:
  Part time or Full Time (some weekend/evening availability)
