The Radiology Technologist works under general supervision to assist the Radiologist in performing diagnostic procedures for patients and works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel. The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for compliance with State and Federal regulations. The x-ray technologist III shall routinely assume responsibility for three x-ray modalities and/or two x-ray modalities and Mammography regulatory responsibilities.

• The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic procedures under supervision and collaborates with the Radiologist and clinic staff.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations and adheres to Mammography regulatory responsibilities where applicable.
• Manages multiple modalities (three modalities or two modalities plus Mammography) as part of daily duties.

• Graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology Program.
• Upon hire:
  California Radiologic Technologist.
• Upon hire:
  National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
