A nonprofit organization in Ontario is looking for an Executive Director to enhance programs and improve operational systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, strong understanding of nonprofit management, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires strategic planning, community engagement, and a commitment to providing quality hospice care. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fundraising and organizational capacity building as the organization grows.
