Beem Credit Union is looking for a Member Services Advisor to join our Mission Branch in Kelowna, B.C. As a Member Service Advisor you play a vital role in driving our company’s financial success by addressing members’ core needs with excellence and identifying opportunities to recommend and cross‑sell additional products and services.

• Open accounts, process investments & lending transactions.
• Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
• Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.
• Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.
• Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.

• 1–3 years of job‑related experience in a financial sales and service environment.
• Basic understanding of credit products and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in full range of investment products.
• Financial planning courses considered an asset.
• High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Annual salary range: $47,500 – $58,100. Salaries are reviewed annually.
