Industrial Engineer

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead production process improvement projects, from the design phase to implementation.

Collaborate on the design of workstations and production lines.

Analyze production flows and propose solutions to improve productivity.

Participate in the selection and integration of new equipment and/or technologies.

Analyze, propose, and implement work methods to reduce non-value-added activities, sources of waste, and accident risks

Train and support teams in the adoption of new practices or tools

Lead Kaizen workshops and annual strategic planning

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
