Job Description

Expanding building materials supplier is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! The successful candidate will physically hand load their truck, drive to the job site and then physically hand unload their truck. Prehung doors and trim stacks can weigh from 50 lbs to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
• Load and unload products from vehicle with care
• Process orders and shipments via mobile dispatch and delivery app
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
• Drive safely abiding all laws and maintain proper certifications and licenses

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical workload of loading and unloading pre-hung doors and trim
• Deadline-oriented

Requirements

• Chauffeur’s license to drive a 26' box delivery truck in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois (We will pay for this training)
• Must be 21 years old to obtain Chauffeur’s license to drive across state lines
• Forklift Certification (We will pay for this training)
