We’re now seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC & Generator Technician to join our growing team in Mishawaka, IN. No prior experience required—just bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn! We’ll provide paid training and all the tools you need to build a rewarding career.

• Perform service and maintenance on HVAC systems and standby generators
• Complete tasks such as changing air filters, oil, spark plugs, and checking battery levels
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical components
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues for residential and light commercial customers
• Work independently or as part of a small team with a company-provided vehicle

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues (training provided!)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required
• This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
