- As an ISM Security Officer, you ll serve as the face of professionalism and safety for our clients and their guests. Core duties include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to all visitors, employees, and vendors
- Managing access control for authorized personnel and guests
- Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of activities, visitors, and packages
- Monitoring security cameras and conducting patrols to deter theft and ensure safety
- Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, documenting and reporting all findings
- Performing additional duties as assigned by site management or ISM leadership
Required:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state-issued driver s license
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or door staff roles
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, patrolling on foot, climbing stairs, and working in varied weather conditions
- Preferred:
- Overnight and weekend availability strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a security, law enforcement, or safety role a plus
- Starting pay: $16.64+ per hour (commensurate with experience and location)
