• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and help meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales
