We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can access their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that your areas meet visual standards
• Operate the register, processing transactions and using your fandom knowledge to promote add-on sales and benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Support store maintenance, keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Work as part of a team, communicating effectively to get the job done
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, like an Avenger
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
