As a Sales Associate, you act as a brand ambassador bringing personal style, passion for the product, and welcoming energy to the sales floor. You’ll create genuine connections, help customers find their own unique look, collaborate with teammates and managers to drive the business, participate in tasks that support a seamless customer experience, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment.

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply these experiences.
• Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see the store at its best.
• Share feedback, insights and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner aligned with company values.

• Make a strong first impression—smile, welcome and connect with customers authentically.
• Love the brand and maintain a strong fashion aesthetic.
• Deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences.
• Bring dedication and goal achievement mindset; be flexible and able to have fun while working.

• Legal age: 18 years or older.
• Availability for busy periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos) and move around store areas.
