• Sanitary handling and storage of clean dishes and utensils.
• Perform extra cleaning and sidework.
• Break down bus tubs and sort dishes.
• Wash dishes and glassware quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine.
• Provide a fiesta experience for our guests.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Walk on wet floors with care and stand on feet for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Take garbage and trash to dumpster area.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assemble, maintain, and break down dish machine.
• Place cases, pans, and utensils on low and high shelves.
• Work in a hot, damp environment.
• Wash work areas like walls, floors, and cooking equipment.
