As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, production, and labor, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:

• Management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant with a stable work history.
• College coursework in business or hospitality is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
