• Support a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
• Guide the kitchen team and assist with their training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferable experience in food operations.
• Food Safety: local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

While performing duties, counters are often hot with steam from the steam table and food vapor. Employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Duties require lifting up to 50 lbs., standing up to four hours, and reaching across counter tops measured at 36 inches. Work environment is fast‑paced, hot, noisy, with limited storage space and high shelves. Employees must adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations.
