Cook: Crew Member

The Cook:
Crew Member is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure. The Cook:
Crew Member will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, as well as following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering of food supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
