MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet) is a growing multi-concept restaurant group, currently with 4 restaurant concepts located in Mishawaka, Indiana;
Corndance Tavern, Bourbon & Butcher, Evil Czech Brewery, and Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar. Our in-house butcher shop provides locally sourced meats while our commissary kitchen produces house‑made products for each of our restaurant locations. With 4 different concepts in 3 locations, there is something for every personality!

We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and other serviceware, as well as assisting in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment. You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

No experience necessary – we will train the right person.

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver
• Segregate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• Maintain temperature logs; keep walk‑in cooler/freezer organized
• Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Employee Meal Discounts:
All employees get a 35% food discount at all MFG locations (excluding private events) for the entire check (must be on one check). Alcohol will always be at full price.

Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment.

PTO: 5 paid days of PTO (may be used 7–9 days in a row or spread throughout the year). Each year of employment gains 1 PTO day. Hourly full‑time employees (over 30 hours) are eligible for one week of paid vacation after 24 months of employment (pay based on average weekly hours).

Holiday Pay:
Paid holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Independence Day, Super Bowl Sunday, and sometimes New Year’s Day.

401(k) & Match:
Employees are eligible to contribute after 12 months of employment. We offer up to a 5% match of your salary.
