Social Media Coordinator

Rec Pro is looking for a talented social media coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in various social media platforms and have basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.

• Assist with designing and implementing social media strategies
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current industry trends and social media best practices
• Collaborate with influencers including reaching out to make new relationships with influencers for the brand
• Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics
• Creative mindset and enthusiasm for marketing
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms
• Comfortable on camera

• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
• At least 1 year of marketing experience (Preferred, not required)
