• Ensure assembly is completed with the highest standard of quality
• Identifies problems related to production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement
• Monitors employee progress and assignments
• Supervise employee use of tools to ensure that they are being handled safely
• Track employee time and attendance. Monitor overtime to ensure it is distributed evenly
• Lead daily shift huddle meeting and group leader meetings
• Maintain daily/Weekly Operating Reports

• Bachelor’s degree in business pr technical field of study- preferred
• 5+ years general experience

• Strong organizational skills, initiative and verbal and written communication skills required.

Accuracy/quality of work, problem solving skills, and leadership skills are required.
