- Create required tickets and populate with required information

- General Network Services/Appliances (NFS, NetBEUI, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS/HTTPS, Active Directory, Firewalls, Backup, Security, ...)
- Implement and support for external services:
- Voice-mail, Messaging and Meeting Service
- Automation of support activities through scripting and other tools (Bourne Shell, Power Shell ...)
- Provide assistance and feedback on architectural decision s.
