The Role
We’re growing fast—and we need a driven, business-minded Project Manager to help keep our software projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and accountability. We’re looking for someone who understands business, process flow, and how to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.
As a Software Project Manager, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, run project meetings, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure our clients always know where their project stands. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service within our Software and ERP department.
What You’ll Do- Document, track, and update project steps from kickoff through close
- Run project meetings and keep internal/external teams aligned
- Gather and document project requirements
- Identify risks early and communicate them clearly
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Support change control and ensure proper approvals
- Produce professional, client-facing project documentation
- Project Management experience
- Strong business acumen—understanding process, not just technology
- Ability to lead meetings and keep people on track
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- ERP experience
